Policies, Booking Terms & Conditions

With every professional business there is a serious side….Thankyou for taking the time to read, understand & appreciate how we can bring you the best customer service.

Booking Fees: $50 for All Colour Appointments & Keratin Smoothing Treatments.

Online Bookings: you can cancel or change in My Local Salon Bookings up to 48 hours in advance of your visit at no extra charge.

No Shows/Cancelling/Rescheduling:

If you cancel with late notice or simply don’t show up at all, it impacts us significantly and inconveniences the many other clients that have been turned away as we are fully booked.

A minimum 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointments, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by calling prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

Please advise MJs on 32940900 a minimum 48 hours prior to your appointment otherwise you will forfeit your non refundable booking fee. If you give us plenty of notice(over 48 hours) the booking fee is refunded or forwarded to the new appointment.

For your convenience MJs does have an outside business hours messenger service on FB so please message us anytime.



Late Cancellations: We will make every attempt to fill your appointment, however if we cannot fill your booked appointment time at short notice, then unfortunately you will forfeit your non refundable booking fee.

No Shows: will forfeit the booking fee and you may be asked to make a payment of  50% of your total service fee for any future appointments.

MJs reserves the right to cancel appointments where a non refundable fee has not been paid or when the appointment remains unconfirmed.
